ABOUT RAIZEL LYN MACARANAS
I’m a SoCal to Southern Germany transplant, having received my MBA with HR specialization in Munich. “Why did you come to Germany?” is a question I’m often asked. I was truly ready for a challenge, for an experience I couldn’t get in the US. More practically, my undergraduate studies were in linguistics and psychology and my early work experience was focused on event coordination and holistic counseling - all the while centered on PEOPLE, and ultimately landing me in HR.
