   Developed and set-up an effective WBS structure for time charges and budget/manhour management for the project.* Produced weekly labor approval reports using Oracle Accenta database to check for accuracy and completion prior to being submitted to the client.* Timesheet entry and corrections in Oracle GBS as needed for employees.*Generate & maintain Personnel Assignment Authorization Forms (PAAFs) and PAAF register.* Review and Code project related invoices with appropriate charge codes for billing purposes.* Update and maintain Project Staffing Plan on a weekly basis and issue to the Client monthly.* Assisted with the set-up of Ecosys that included initial Project set-up, WBS development and support to review and update actuals and commitments as necessary to align with TIC Forecast.* Set-up and maintain Project Manhour and Cost Curves that are issued to the Client monthly.* Prepare Long Term Assignment Agreements (LTAA’s) for employees as required. This includes interfacing with Managers, HR and Mobility to ensure all necessary information is obtained and accurately prepared prior to approvals.* Intercompany onboarding that includes initial Project set-up for invoicing, weekly time charges, and invoice review to ensure hours and dollars match to what the Client approved.
