IoT or Industry 4.0 increase the flexibility and productivity of the production. But the reliability Is endangered by IT security risks. My job is it to create concepts to protect Production IT, to create / change guidelines, organization and business processes, build up and lead a global team of highly skilled specialists. We visit all production plants to create awareness from management to specialist workers level, do technical trainings and enable the local maintenance technicians to meet new challenges successfully.
