Hi there! I\'m Raina, a self-taught UX/UI designer with a passion for creating intuitive and user-centered digital experiences. Although I have a background as a Senior Support Engineer, I have always been fascinated with design and want to make technology more accessible to people. I recently completed a Project based Google UX/UI Specialization design course and have been working on personal projects to build my skills and portfolio. My experience as a support engineer has taught me the importance of understanding the needs of the users and finding creative solutions to their problems. I am a quick learner, adaptable, and a strong communicator, with experience in project management and team collaboration.
