R&D Engineer in the Intelligence and Space Research Led the telemetry sensor board design for a sounding rocket by repurposing the controller board of a cube satellite. Investigated cognitive radio methods for use within formations of satellites. Performed effectiveness studies of proactive and reactive routing protocols within mobile ad-hoc networks. Developed a concept for implementing Frequency Division Multiple Access (FDMA) on Ad-hoc On-demand Distance Vector (AODV) networks for uninterrupted and fast multi-hop packet transfer between nodes. Developed and successfully executed the payload software of a sounding rocket communicating with several sub-systems for sensor data collection, storage, wireless transfer, and event triggering.
