As a Global Turnaround Operations Specialist at LyondellBasell, one of the largest plastics, chemicals, and refining companies in the world, I leverage my 20+ years of experience in the petrochemical industry to lead the development, improvement, and implementation of best practices for production-driven turnaround strategies, management plans, and execution plans. I have a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and strong problem-solving, supervisory, and project planning skills. In my current role, I am responsible for ensuring the consistency, predictability, and efficiency of turnaround events across multiple sites and regions, while reducing downtime, optimizing resources, and increasing profitability. I collaborate closely with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, from field personnel to senior management, to share lessons learned, align objectives, and mitigate risks. I also ensure compliance with all relevant policies, processes, and controls, and provide recommendations and suggestions for continuous improvement.
