   Currently leading a Hybrid Scrum team in 2 weeks sprints to implement new manufacturing products, support current manufacturing and continuous improvements. Team\'s average velocity is 45 to 50 points per sprint and a average predictability of 85 to 90%. With specific ERP/SAP training the team has become more \'T-shaped\' with each member working multiple areas to drive us to success. I\'m the liaison for the Product Owner supporting the functions of determining and prioritizing the teams work.I continue to support other business area as a IT Lead Project Manager (PMP) using more traditional SDLC/Waterfall methodology.
