I have led over $15 billion in complex project finance, corporate finance, and M&A transactions, overseeing structuring, negotiation, risk management, and execution across solar, wind, storage, natural gas thermal generation, gas pipeline, and hydro assets.My approach centers on building resilient capital structures, institutional-grade financial processes, and scalable systems that support disciplined growth.
