About Rahul Singh
Hands-on product strategy and development, backed by experience building companies and delivering complex enterprise systems. I believe simplicity is a product feature. The real work is converting irreducible operational complexity into software that drives clear outcomes for the people who depend on it. I use AI-assisted development where it materially improves speed and execution, and I stay close to the code. I co-founded Entercoms, served as CTO and later CEO, and built control tower and predictive intelligence products for Fortune 100 companies including IBM, Dell, GE, NCR, and Xerox. Entercoms was acquired by Baxter Planning in 2021. LithiumQ is built on a direct observation from that work: most GenAI and agentic systems are still too shallow for autonomous, frictionless enterprise operation. We are focused on closing that gap in complex, high-consequence supply chain environments.
