About Rahul D.
As a Consultant at Nexus Power, I applied my MBA in HR and my skills in HRIS and HRD to support the corporate affairs team in managing the human capital of the company. I worked with the senior management to develop and implement policies and programs that aligned with the company\'s mission, vision, and values, as well as the regulatory and ethical standards of the renewable energy sector. Prior to becoming a Consultant, I was a Sr. Associate and an Intern in the HR department of Nexus Power, where I gained valuable experience in handling various HR functions, such as recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and learning and development. I am passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters innovation, collaboration, and sustainability. I hold a Bachelor\'s degree in Applied Economics from Utkal University, and I have completed a Post Graduate Program in applied finance and accounting from NIIT Limited. I am looking for new opportunities to grow and learn as a HR professional, and to apply my expertise and skills to make a positive impact.
