Transitioned fully into Walmart’s Public Cloud team that enables applications and services across multiple markets to be run on Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform clouds.• Collaborating with teammates across 4 different time zones, I was able to quickly ramp up to speed and understand the challenges involved in Walmart-level scale. I was also able to immediately contribute to the team with my previous experience working with Terraform and Azure.• Was involved in design and development of a standard easy-to-use Terraform module for creating compute and load balancing resources on Azure, and also created extensive documentation. It is currently being adopted by hundreds of application teams to create and manage their own infrastructure as code.• Took up the ownership of productionizing and maintaining Terraform Enterprise service on Google Cloud Platform. TFE is a critical service for the team and hosts hundreds of workspaces that manage huge chunk of Walmart’s cloud infrastructure.• Engineered a solution to help application owners migrate from unmanaged Azure cloud to managed cloud.• Provided on-call and customer support for the team that impacted thousands of service users.
