Implementation, maintenance of quality & food safety system - Coordinating with the help of stakeholders and lead for implementation of Prerequisite program for quality and food safety. Maintaining Regulatory and statutory requirements as per FSSR: E.g Labelling & display, External laboratory testing collaborating with RA team to comply the requirement. All Plants FSMS related Document preparation & timely update: Quality Manual, Food safety Manual, Product Specification, Flow Charts, Hazard Analysis, Risk Assessment, HACCP Plan etc. Preparing & maintaining documents: Work instructions, SOP’s, COA, Process Validation, Equipment Qualification, flowcharts, Formats & records. Ensuring the conduction of Food Safety System verification and validation of critical limits and PRP’s & OPRP’s program as per planned and approved protocols. Updating and maintaining FIR (Food safety incident reporting) participation, trends & Follow-ups for closure. Preparing & updating Raw material, Packing material & Finished Product specification. Training and Development of food safety, GMP in production, PRPs, OPRPs, CCPs, Food Defense, Allergen Management & Work Place Management System,(5‘S’) awareness in Staff & Teammates. maintaining yearly training calendar. Audit schedule plan with cross functional teams (GMP Audit and Internal Audit, etc.) Maintaining and updating Customer complaint analysis tracker & Corrective and preventive action recommendation to minimise the complaints to target 0. Maintaining Quality Trends, Benchmarking report and trend. Supplier complaint analysis, Vendor rating & trend analysis of suppliers & its follow ups. Handling of Customer and Regulatory audits and Follow up of same on their NC closures. External Communications: Customer documentation- Quality Questionnaire, Declaration Statements.
