Co-leading the implementation of one of the largest public-sector behaviour change initiatives, with a potential to influence over civil servants across 90+ Ministries and Departments- Spearheading strategic knowledge partnerships with academic institutions, multilaterals, and think tanks; developed knowledge products and toolkits to strengthen India’s capacity building ecosystem- Co-leading the design and implementation of survey pilots to reduce social desirability bias in impact assessments; conducting stakeholder workshops and data analysis to enhance the reliability of behavioral evaluations in governance settings- Conducting Competency Mapping & Needs Analysis (CMNA) for a educators at a state level. Identifying gaps and suggesting interventions that can align with their existing capacity building calendars for ease of adoption.
