ABOUT RAHUL PATEL
I attend the University of Waterloo (Class of 2029), for Mechatronics Engineering, Co-op. From a young age, I have always been intrigued by everything that moves and how they work. This has led me to building my first go-kart at the age 12 to joining a FIRST Robotics team in high school, and all the little projects along the way. From that grew my desire to learn technology, and as a result I became a co-founder and business director of EurekaHACKS, a high school hackathon. As I see the issues that the world currently faces, I am keenly interested in taking on challenges in the areas of transportation, energy, and robotics. I believe that the right combination of creativity, innovation, a genuine desire for change, and a wild imagination are the cornerstones to solving the challenges that will lead us to a better future.
