   Job Profile and Responsibilities : Responsible for monitoring the entire process of product movement. Track shipments across different channels. Analysing the order/customer requirements received from the Marketing & Product Development team and preparing the monthly/quarterly/half-yearly/annual production plan, after close discussion with the Production head. Submission of production plan to the Managing committee which will guide the senior committee to take strategic decisions. Monitor and ensure sufficient availability of raw materials in the Stores, in order to carry out the production plan in a smooth and efficient manner. Preparing the despatch plan of finished goods to the respective customers, as per the priority order, through close coordination with the Sales team. Preparing Daily Production report (DPR) and MIS in order to keep a track of the production, raw material consumption and rejected quantity of produced goods. Ensure despatch of finished goods to the right customer through proper coordination with Sales team and Logistics team. Ensure receipt of payments from clients before despatch of finished goods, as per the payment terms, through coordination with Accounts team and Sales team. Supporting/Suggesting the Production head to ensure maximum output and reduction of pilferage. Completion of Statutory and Internal Audits as per timeline and ensure compliance with audit recommendations. Preparation of Financial Reports / analysis for Unit Operations Review. Ensure proper systems in place for accounting and reconciliation with business partners distributors accounting, claims management, reconciliations with, CFA, transporters, A&M vendors etc. Overall responsibility for delivering Financial, Cost and Compliance controls at the plant as well as working with the plant team to achieve all KPI’s of the plant. Responsible for custody and control of Fixed Assets.
