Now, I lead the charge as the Head of Global Tech Recruiting for the mighty GoTo Group, comprised of 4 powerful business arms: Gojek, Tokopedia, GoTo Financial & Goto Logistics. With over 16 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, I am a seasoned TA Leader who has built and managed high-performing agile teams that can accomplish the unthinkable. I manage a large, distributed team of recruiting managers & lead recruiters across GoToGroup, and my greatest strengths include: Team Leadership: Through continued hands-on training and strategic implementation of KPIs, my teams consistently deliver on hiring top-tier tech talent at scale. I am constantly looking for new and innovative ways to simplify work and promote continuous learning while having fun. Recruiting Strategy: Design, develop, and implement data-driven recruitment strategies to attract top technical talent to Goto companies that align with the organization\'s goals and objectives.
