Growing up in a marginalized community has instilled in me a commitment to equity, empowering me to turn obstacles into pathways for transformative change. My academic foundation at IIT Gandhinagar provided an interdisciplinary lens through which I approach policy, equity, and human development as forces capable of reshaping lives and systems.I connected theory with practice during my studies, dedicating eight years to part-time volunteer work, internships, and consulting roles. These experiences sharpened my ability to translate complex ideas into practical, people-centred solutions. As a researcher at the Policy and Development Advisory Group (PDAG), I leverage three years of full-time consulting experience to work on projects that bridge policy innovation, data-driven insights, and social transformation.Throughout my career, I have worked on diverse projects for different organisations\'s projects, such as the World Bank, United Nations, NSF, NITI Aayog, Harvard University, and others. My experience spans rigorous qualitative research, including ethnographic studies and data-intensive quantitative analyses. This interdisciplinary foundation enables me to address complex societal challenges by blending academic and professional expertise in qualitative and quantitative domains. With strategic insight and a balance of quantitative rigour and qualitative depth, I develop adaptable, resilient, and impactful solutions.My journey has reinforced my belief that intellectual rigour, ethical research, and interdisciplinary collaboration are vital for a just future. By merging policy innovation, data intelligence, and anthropological insight, I aim to create solutions that break boundaries and build a world grounded in equity, resilience, and transformative change. Endlessly drawn to the depths of history, philosophy, political thought, and cultural theory, I seek knowledge that reframes perspective and infuses my work with profound intellectual rigour.
