More than 14 years of experience as an IAS officer, implementing various flagship schemes of state and central governments such as Health, Education, Rural Development, and Public Distribution System. As a District Magistrate, I have demonstrated efficient handling of law & order and disaster management. Along with this, I have conducted two Loksabha Elections, two assembly elections, council, and local body elections successfully. During my tenure in various districts of Bihar, I have focused on building grass-roots infrastructure and strengthening the institutions. As CEO, BRLPS (Jeevika) I led one of the world’s largest poverty alleviation and women empowerment programs.
