What services you can expect from this profile are as follows- 1) Basic Design philosophy/Concept of HVAC documents preparation for kick starting the project. 1.1)Document includes: type of AHUs to be used, Outside design conditions, inside design conditions( as per product), area classification and particulate count methodology. 2) Preparation of Tender Documents, which includes: 2.1) AHU Distribution (as per hygiene and process layout) drawing on AutoCAD 2D. 2.2) AHU placement drawing as per site to avoid hindrance to maintenance activities. 2.3) Detailed Heat load calculation on excel spreadsheet. 2.4) AHU schematic drawing, showing levels of filtration and arrangement of coil and fan section. 2.4) Preparation of Room data sheet(RDS); incorporating: room name, class, ACPH and other basic design conditions. 2.5) Cooling/Heating Coil selection on coil pro software, fan selection on Zeihl Abegg software. 2.6) Duct design and routing. Duct design using constant friction method. 2.7) Reflective ceiling plan, incorporating distribution of lights and diffusers/grills/HEPA as per aesthetic and proper air distribution. 2.8) Bill of quantities ( BOQ) of all HVAC items. 3) BMS tender prepration: 3.1) Schematic diagram of AHU\'s BMS control. 3.2) Inout/Output schedule sheet and control logics. 3.3) BOQ of building management system(BMS). Beside these general design skills, you can expect good cordination with all interdisciplinary fields to work out best possible scenarios for ease of doing maintenance and other handling services.
