I am an experienced Engineer with over 5+ years of experience in the Aerospace Industry. I have a dynamic personality and an ability to think outside the box, making calculated risks and following projects from concept to completion. I have a good understanding of configuration management with respect to aircraft build process, DMU understanding, and navigation of product structure. I am experienced in handling PDM/VPM tools and linking CAD models with design in a context environment. I am proficient in CATIAv5, SAP (PAC / PGI), ENOVIA VPM, PASS SSI for Designer, I pursue good knowledge MSC Patran and Nastran (Static and Buckling Analysis), and Hypermesh.I am responsible for creating and delivering new IP, restricted IP, reused IP, reworked IP, and washer positioning for insulation blankets as per customer specifications. I also manage IP requests, validation progress, and attend team meetings and customer review meetings to closely monitor project progress. Prior to this, I worked at Axis Cades Technologies Ltd. as an Engineer, where I identified and assessed technical risks for work, proposed solutions for aircraft programs, developed and implemented technical solutions, generated project deliverables, and provided technical support.I have also been involved in various projects, such as A350 Freighter - Primary Insulation - IP Activities, Concessions (Non-Conformities) for AIRBUS and ATR 72••••00F) & 42••••00S), and Sizing of Skin-Stringer panel for vertical tail, where I utilized my skills in CATIA V5, Enovia VPM, SAP (PAC & PGI), and PASS SSI to successfully complete the projects.
