Conduct energy audits, new/retro-commissioning to identify energy efficiency opportunities in HVAC, lighting, electrical systems, and distributed energy resources (on-/off-site).• Analyze system designs, sequences of operation, and trends to recommend optimizations using advanced HVAC, lighting, and controls knowledge.• Review designs for quality, compliance, and performance; support financial models with technical inputs and costing.• Perform energy modeling and savings analysis using Excel-based tools, eQuest, EnergyPlus, and other software.• Support development of optimal energy management controls using data-driven insights and predictive analytics.• Develop algorithms to predict energy usage/cost and derive cost-based control strategies that adapt in real-time.• Improve analytical models using regression and machine learning techniques in MATLAB, Python, R, and Excel.• Monitor energy markets and resource availability from control room desk to support dynamic operations.• Execute asset operating strategies to optimize energy system performance and operational excellence.• Represent a team focused on customer success through scalable, automated, and sustainable energy solutions.• Support continuous improvement of team capabilities, systems, and processes to ensure customer outcomes.• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences in global settings.• Manage multiple decarbonization projects: identify savings, perform evaluations, and deliver summary reports.• Lead commissioning activities: functional testing, trend analysis, M&V planning, deficiency logs, etc.• Deliver high-quality documentation such as Cx reports, O&M manuals, and sequences of operation.
