Over the last decade, my work has focused on building go-to-market partnerships and ecosystem-led operating models across fintech and logistics businesses. I have spent most of this time modernising manual, operations-heavy environments by embedding technology, redesigning workflows, and converting relationship-driven execution into repeatable, platform-led growth.My journey spans logistics, supply chain finance, and digital lending across organisations such as Delhivery, Shipsy, Finovate Capital, Indifi Technologies, Shriram Finance, and Creditas Solutions. Along the way, I have designed and scaled partner-led programs across SME lending, EV financing, co-lending, and embedded finance, while building governance structures that enable scale with control.Today, at Creditas Solutions, I lead customer success initiatives at the intersection of product, operations, and client strategy, helping lenders improve collections performance and customer engagement through structured journeys, smarter technology, and disciplined execution.I remain keen to engage with teams building in fintech, logistics, and platform businesses, especially where the challenge is not just growth, but building systems that last.

But in a market where CACs are high, underwriting is evolving, and consumer trust is thin - retention, recovery, and real engagement are becoming core to sustainability.That’s partly why I’ve pivoted closer to repayment behaviour, digital journeys, and outcome-driven CX in my current role.Not a shift away from growth - just a deeper view of what sustains it.
