I have over fourteen years of experience in the hotel industry, majority of which was with Starwood Hotels, Radisson, Taj Group of Hotels, Lebua and presently working with Crystal Sarovar Premiere Agra. I am presently working as EAM - Food & Beverage. I have conducted pre opening in 2 of my previous assignments and have a sound understanding of areas of planning, execution and operations. My strength has been handling people and motivating teams. I am a graduate in Hotel Management and have worked as a Head of the Team from Last 6 Years and presently working as EAM Food & Beverage and responsible for the sales as well as Food & beverage department operations as a whole. I am compassionate and understanding, simultaneously possessing a participate style of management and have worked with multi cultural colleagues. The values which I can add are primarily providing able, good leadership and setting correct examples of my self or the team to follow.
