I am a Senior Vice President with the Chairman\'s Office at the Aditya Birla Group, a strategic think tank which assists Mr. Kumar Mangalam Birla (Chairman) in Group-level and Business specific strategy formulation, execution and performance management, incl. new investments and priorities. Within my current business portfolio, I have supported incubation of new age businesses for the Group including Paints (Birla Opus), B2B E-Commerce (Birla Pivot), Jewellery (Indriya Jewels), Entertainment (Applause), in addition to Group\'s global businesses in Carbon Black (Birla Carbon), Trading (ABGT) and White Cement (RAK + Birla White).In my prior stint, I was a Principal / Associate Partner at the Mumbai (India) and Atlanta (US) offices of Boston Consulting Group. I spent more than a decade in strategy & management consulting across Industrial Goods, Energy, Financial Services and Healthcare sectors; with clients in the India, US, Middle East, Europe and East Asia. I led a variety of assignments including growth strategy, large scale organisation transformations, digitalisation, market entry strategy, large capital project management, strategic sourcing, and sales force effectiveness. Selected as part of BCG’s flagship Global Ambassadorship Program (~top 40 consultants globally) in 2020, I also consulted clients in the Atlanta (US) office across Industrial and Healthcare verticals.I have also worked previously as a management consultant with Kearney and ZS Associates. I hold an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, India; and have a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from R V College of Engineering, Bangalore, India.
