Growing up in South Carolina and Alabama taught me that real change comes from understanding people first and executing relentlessly second. That conviction has shaped 35 start-ups across manufacturing, tech, and hospitality, and it\'s shaping how I approach emerging industries today.I\'m currently deepening that framework through Harvard Business School\'s Leadership and Management program, studying how disciplined leadership scales beyond individual companies to entire sectors. It\'s timely, because I now spend much of my energy on hemp industry advocacy, working to ensure smart regulation doesn\'t kill a $28 billion market before it matures.My career has been a series of turnarounds and builds, taking Arora Technologies to global No. 1, launching vertical integrations, mentoring dozens of startups (85% still thriving after a decade).
