I’m a Civil Engineering and Project Management professional with over 6 years of experience supporting multi-million-dollar developments ranging from $55M to $120M, specializing in high-rise residential and heavy civil projects. From preconstruction through closeout, I aim to ensure alignment with scope, schedule, and budget — while maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, trade partners, and city officials. Equipped with a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering and two post-graduate certifications in Construction Project Management and BIM & Integrated Practice, with hands-on understanding of Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) and collaborative project workflows. From coordinating RFIs, shop drawings, tenders, and trade onboarding to assisting with scope negotiations, cost tracking, and contract closeout — I bring a hands-on approach and collaborative mindset to every project I support. Currently pursuing PMP® and LEED AP certifications, I’m focused on expanding my expertise in sustainable construction and leadership in project delivery.
