I have setup and opened 2 warehouses and 5 hubs in Mumbai, with expansion from 1 lakh sq. ft to 4 lakh sq. ft. Ensured that team is trained from initial stage till it got matured. I have open Taloja, Sewree, Jogeshwari, Maljipada, Bhandup, Miraroad and palghar warehouse and hubs across Mumbai. Currently I am heading Jogeshwari Fulfillment Centre, leading a team of 105. The DC is approx 90k Sqft divided into warehouse and hub. we do daily inbound of around 150 tons in Warehouse and get stocks transfers to various hubs across Mumbai. In last mile we do daily outbound of 130 tons serving unique buyers around 1300 daily with LTP of 100 and GMV per kg around 47. The monthly GMV of Total dispatches is around 17 CR which is highest in entire west region. I am good in negotiation with Vendors, maintaining good vendor relations and managing cost at its Best. The variable manpower cost of facility is maintained at 50 paisa per kg. Close working on team IPP.
