About Rahul Wakode
I grow up in technical area (gauging system automotive area) in the beginning like designer, later like project engineer. Now I\'m Managing Director. My goal is a continual improvement of my work capacity. viewing to AUTOMATION.While performing manufacturing and supplying various types of mechanical gauges that inspection is non value adding activity still it can not be skipped. To avoid manual errors due to fatigue and further failures in inspection, I focused on AUTOMATION IN INSPECTION.I successfully completed projects of automation in inspection of CRANK CASE(Craftsman Automation Pvt Ltd) and chamfer checking machine(SKF Ltd,Pune). These projects have proved thousands of man hours saving and thus have been productive in both QUALITY AND MANPOWER saving aspects.Now, I am looking for such projects through which high standards of repeatability and judging of processes from process capability point of view.
