I am a Food Technology graduate with a specialization in Wheat Milling Technology from CFTRI, Mysore. Since 2018, I have been working in the flour milling industry, beginning with Adani Wilmar in India and later at Al Ghurair Foods in the UAE. Currently, I am part of Fortify Health in Delhi, where I lead wheat flour fortification efforts aimed at reducing iron-deficiency anemia in India. My passion lies in advancing public health by improving access to fortified foods, while also driving technical excellence in the milling process to ensure quality and efficiency in production.
