MIS – Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Reporting, Costing, Budgeting, Funds Management and Variance Reporting.2. Board Meetings – Attending Board Meetings and assisting Managing & Other Directors in smooth functioning of the meetings by solving their queries.3. Product & Project Costing – Costing of each and every product or project before quoting of rates (pre-costing) as well as calculation of costing after actual production (post-costing).4. Inventory & Debtors’ Ageing – Inventory Ageing so as to eliminate loss of inventory and Debtors’ Ageing for faster recovery of debts. Responsible for periodical closure, finalization and consolidation ofaccounts as per Indian Accounting Standards & applicable Tax Laws,receivables and payables management, confirm that the organization isadhering to the applicable direct & indirect tax laws, organisation’sinternal policies, filing of returns under Direct as well as Indirect TaxLaws and Companies Act, attending to internal, legal, as well as taxaudits, payment of dividend, royalty and forex hedging.9. Setting up of systems for smooth functioning of accounts, finance as well as other functions. Overall supervision in maintenance of all legal records. Attending to all types of audits, scrutiny, hearings, litigations, cases, assessments and other commercial matters 10. Have successfully set up a system for costing including product & project costing. Leading a team of 15 subordinates from factory as well as Head Office and reporting to MD.
