During this period, I worked on UT PLUS and UT 30 tools which are wafer processing tools. I was an integral part of the team for developing design & concepts and optimizing designs for mechanical assemblies incorporating design for manufacturing and assembly principles. I was an integral part of team for building through engineering instruction and Engineering Change Order (ECO) for complete production release of the tool. I have expertise in 3D modelling, detailed BOM and engineering drawing creation as per drawing standards and GD & T. I was using CAD software such as Creo and Solidworks during this period. I was also working on EPDM and BAAN (ERP).Handled a product complaint investigation project of infusion pumps in the medical domain.Prior to that, I was working as an Engineering Trainee in BEML for a period of 1 year. I was assisting in Design and development of various locomotive modules (i.e. Carbody,endwall and Roof Structure) of KMRCL & DMRC projects. I was assisting in 2D drafting and detailing of 3D designs with drafting to BEML standards and tolerance stack up. I was also inducted in the creation of production laser cut templates for manufacture of carbody. I was using CAD software’s like CATIA V5 and AutoCAD during this period. I was also working on Teamcenter (PLM) in that period.
