As the Chief Operating Officer of Hindustan Publicity, a seven+ decade old organization in the out-of-home (OOH) media industry, I have over 17 years of experience in providing world-class advertising solutions that connect our clients with their customers and create value for our stakeholders. My mission is to deliver excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction in every aspect of our business, from media acquisition and development to sales and marketing. In my current role, I have successfully expanded and diversified our OOH media portfolio, adding new formats, locations, and technologies to meet the changing needs and preferences of our clients and audiences. I have also established and maintained strong relationships with key partners, vendors, and regulators, ensuring compliance, quality, and efficiency in our operations. Additionally, I have leveraged my skills in team building, sales management, and organizational leadership to motivate and mentor our talented and dedicated staff, driving performance, growth, and profitability. I am passionate about fostering a culture of collaboration, empowerment, and diversity within our organization.
