Working closely with HRBP & Stakeholders to determine manpower needs.Support the HR manager on various key functional & HR projects and partnership with stakeholder groups.Anchor the entire Onboarding process for the function in partnership with the functional core team.Manage IJP process management in partnership with recruiting team and HR Lead.L&D - Partner with L&D COE on site programs.End to end exit management - Conducting exit interviews, data updation and analysis, providing insights for functional decision making.Employee connects.Data and Insights - Monthly and need basis, Dashboard updation, Attrition and Progression analysis.Maintaining New hired data, recruitment tracker and publishing in weekly review with Stakeholders.Maintaining and updating BGV tracker and coordinating with the resources and the BGV team for any discrepancies in it.Handling recruitment life cycle.Managing ATS (iCIMS) for Recruitment and Selection process.Follow up with the selected candidates.Completing Onboarding process on Workday and keeping workday up to date in partnership with Managers.Negotiating and preparing CTC Fitments & Offer Letters for selected candidates.Updating employee master data in Excel and ATS (iCIMS).Maintain employee personal files.Sharing hiring inputs with Operations teams before the payroll starts.
