I’m Rahul — someone who has spent the last few years making operations smoother, teams more supported, and workplaces more organized.In my role as an Administrative Executive at Technip Energies, I’ve handled everything from vendor coordination to streamlining internal processes to keeping cross‑functional teams connected and running efficiently. Along the way, I realized something important: what I enjoy most is working with people, understanding their needs, and helping create an environment where they can do their best work.That’s what inspired me to shift my career toward Human Resources.I’m currently pursuing an Executive MBA in Human Resources Management from Manipal University Jaipur, and every module reinforces that I’m moving in the right direction.
