About Rahul Tanwar

I am a technology and operations professional with diverse experience across power generation, government infrastructure projects, defense communication systems, election technology operations, and enterprise cloud platforms. I started my career as a Graduate Apprentice Trainee at Kota Thermal Power Station, working in Coal Handling Plant (CHP) operations and maintenance, where I gained hands-on experience in industrial systems and plant operations. Later, as a Project Engineer at Rajasthan Electronics & Instruments Limited, I contributed to government infrastructure initiatives including the Street Lighting National Programme under the Ministry of Power, managing LED street lighting and solar installations across multiple cities while coordinating with municipal authorities and government stakeholders. I also worked with Bharat Electronics Limited as a Team In-Charge for national election operations, supporting deployment of election technologies in collaboration with the Election Commission of India and district administrations. Additionally, I supported communication server installations at Air Force signal units and contributed to ventilator installations in government hospitals during the COVID-19 pandemic. Currently, I work in the Salesforce ecosystem as a Salesforce Administrator, Developer, and Resource Manager, focusing on CRM implementation, automation, system optimization, and project delivery. I am passionate about leveraging technology to improve operations, drive digital transformation, and deliver impactful solutions across government and enterprise environments.
