My practice at Outsiders primarily focuses on Charity and Not-for-Profit (NFP) law, alongside for-profit corporate and commercial transactions. I handle a full range of corporate filings, including new incorporations, mergers, amalgamations, and corporate governance changes across multiple jurisdictions such as Alberta’s registry (CORES- Level 2 accredited), the Ontario Business Registry, and federal corporate filings.In addition to corporate filings, I prepare and review a variety of legal documents, including shareholder agreements, bylaws, notices of meetings, resolutions, service agreements, and contracts tailored to both charitable organizations and commercial corporations. My work ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations while supporting the strategic and operational needs of my clients.
