The Department - Corporate Business Solutions Group in Kotak Mahindra Bank takes up the responsibility of providing solutions to the various challenges faced by the segments PAN Bank. My role being a Manager is to understand the challenges faced by a segment and Design & Implement IT Solutions that are beneficial to the segments. I take up multiple Projects as a Solution specific to various segments and manage the Life Cycle of those projects. My roles & responsibilities are as of a Business Analyst & IT Project Manager. My Role allows me to be exposed to Functional aspect of Banking as well as Development of Technical Solutions. I am expected to have constant contact with the PAN Bank segments as well as our Development Team.
