Build the Mynd Fintech business across India and ensure establishing of a formidable fintech platform as a Digital Marketplace offering end to end Supply Chain Finance (SCF) solutions.•Leverage the existing strength of M1 Xchange. Establish and develop SCF business from existing M1 Xchange portfolio of Anchors by extending the coverage from MSME suppliers to non-MSME suppliers on the purchase side as well as capturing entire segment on sale side.•Developing a robust fintech platform which offers seamless flexibility for Dealer Finance, Channel Finance, Vendor finance, Purchase Invoice Discounting (PID), Factoring / Reverse Factoring and Dynamic Discounting product.•Manage the financial institution network of partner banks. •B2B – Building corporate programs with partner banks on SCF product lines.•B2C – Facilitating seamless onboarding of customers through CSR portal and providing for digital lending framework thru inhouse Credit Analytics Engine (CAE) which provides Customer Score based on API’s integrated with GST, CIBIL, Pennydrop, Karza, Probe, Bank Statement & Aadhar.•Coordinate with all stakeholders to achieve targets for the company in India with specific emphasis on Throughput for transactions routed thru Mynd Fintech Portal•Manage the overall Profit and Loss account of Mynd Fintech Pvt Ltd. •Manage a large team of Senior/ Junior Corporate Coverage RM’s, ARM’s, Dealer/Vendor RM’s & Sales Support RM’s for Business relationship management and Customer acquisition. •Churn and improvise Lead funnel for better conversion. Optimize Team productivity through monitoring of functional KPIs.•Guide, Train and motivate Team members for improved productivity. Design periodic incentive and recognition plans for team.•Continuously work on process improvement with Product/ IT teams to identify and implement automation for effective delivery. Proactively give feedback on Product Committee meetings and ensure implementation process improvements.
