As well as Saving declare in system Negotiation with the suppliers & finalization cost of the items independently Regular visits for PO expediting & monitoring at suppliers manufacturing process for timely dispatch Co-ordination with In-house Quality for clearance of material at receipt stage & to resolve quality-related issues Finalizing the rate contract with the suppliers for regular requirement of project material like dryer conveyors, product separator, bin activator, RAV, etc. Development of new vendors and grooming them for a long-term alternative Vendor Evaluation & Vendor Development for sustainability & Green Supply Chain Management Spend analysis, Competition benchmarking, LCC sourcing & Import data analysis Market Intelligence- Daily graphical publications of LME rates Assisting the marketing department with Pre-bidding budget estimationCapex purchase & negotiation on Scope, Delivery, Payment terms
