ABOUT RAHUL SINHA

Strong background in corporate finance and financial accounting. Experience in auditing companies with operating revenue of over USD 100 Million in different industries such as FMCGs, real estate, automobile-ancillaries, agricultural chemicals, and more. Worked 3 years in the Audit & Assurance department at Deloitte, India. Notable clients serviced include but are not limited to Usha international ltd, Mobikwik payment wallets, Volvo-Eicher motors, Apollo tubes, Sinochem fertilizers, and Assotech real estate. Whilst in Deloitte did a 3-month project of Financial Due Diligence in a mergers & acquisitions deal for a Japan-based automobile ancillary company. Screened potential deals based on qualitative fit, EPS, and IRR. Worked on the building of the M&A model to support acquisition given the acquirer’s expected IRR on the acquisition. Worked with the finance team of client to build valuations of potential acquiree companies using trend and precedent transactions as well as DCF model. Also worked in financial consultancy for two years and as a freelance writer for a marketing company.In the fall of 2019, co-founded an international medical tourism company by the name of Medikin™ Healthcare India Pvt. Ltd. Gained valuable experience and contacts in the global healthcare industry. Medikin has built a strong client-based approach, possible through valuable partnerships with hospitals and diagnostic labs. A strong panel of experts and foreign ownership stakes give the company a global advantage in driving medical tourism to India.
