ABOUT RAHUL SINGH
I started my career with Wheelseye, where I got hands-on experience in operations, logistics tracking, and customer support. I joined as an Operations Executive and gradually took ownership of customer handling, vendor coordination, and ensuring smooth day-to-day logistics operations.After about 1.5 years, I was promoted to Team Lead. In this role, I managed a support team of over 20 people and was responsible for handling customer issues and escalations at a PAN India level. I focused heavily on team performance, customer satisfaction, and building strong communication between internal teams and external partners.Over time, I’ve developed a strong understanding of how to manage pressure, solve operational challenges quickly, and keep both customers and vendors aligned.
