Achieve revenue & profitability targets through customer centric performance by timely collection of revenue from Secondary Transportation. Operational Query Resolution from Pan India related Stockyard/Transportation.(Auto/Tractor). Handling Secondary Transportation of Mahindra Swaraj division for Pan India with deployment of State Wise dedicated Trailers for Pan India. Monitoring SQI score > 90% SOW score quarterly for all Tractors stockyards Maintain the average CSI Scorecard > 4 out of 05 from each dealer for Tractors Stockyard and doing analysis with action plans. To ensure great customer experience through managing an early morning supply chain with a multi hierarchy team of members which can successfully execute Plus shipments every morning without failures Coordinating with Area Office Team, State Head and Central Marketing Team of Swaraj for timely placement & dispatch of tractors in the location. Daily Review of Billing Vs. Dispatch from each stockyard and secondary transportation. Ensure compliance and consistency of company policies, procedures, and best practices Coordination with all Secondary In charge and Secondary Transporter and TSY BA for revenue collection from Dealers Stockyard land rate / Secondary Transportation freight negotiation, Pricing, Procurement & Contracting. To ensure closer of all stockyard and secondary Transportation issue within stipulated time. Identify improvement areas internally, monitor & perform closely with internal stakeholders to prepare solutions.
