Have 8 Years and 1 months of IT work experience, in which I have worked on Manhattan Active WMS, Manhattan WMS (2018, 2015 Version), MA Slotting Application (2015 Version), Labor Management System (LMS), Manhattan Management Console (MMC) and Manhattan Integration Framework (MIF) modules for application implementation, maintenance and enhancement projects. Strong knowledge of distribution center processes and activities. Ability to write SQL statements for research, investigation and resolution of issues. Knowledge and experience of WMS systems integration with MHE Warehouse Control Systems (WCS) configuration, issue identification & resolution. Good exposure to provide resolution to client/user on any issues directly and independently. Comfortable working under different teams (Configuration, Integration, Infra & Testing etc.). Quickly learn new business processes and understand how IT needs to support the business in achieving revenue and profit goals. Excellent reasoning and analytical capability to troubleshoot the issue, provide temporary solution and provide permanent solution.
