I lead enterprise-scale technology transformations that modernize complex systems into secure, resilient, and scalable digital platforms—while building teams that sustain the change.Currently, I’m VP of Digital Platform Engineering at ResMed, creating next-generation AI, data, identity, integration, and developer platforms to accelerate experimentation and strengthen the foundation for digital innovation. Previously, I led the digital products serving patients and providers globally (120M+ users)—driving end-to-end transformation across the entire tech stack - application layer, cloud infrastructure, data/analytics, developer experience, shared services, observability/production engineering, and security/compliance to improve scale, reliability, and speed of delivery.Before ResMed, I led Shared Services Engineering at PlayStation—transforming the Commerce and Data platforms and scaling SRE/DevOps and performance engineering for PlayStation Network. Earlier at Intuit (TurboTax), I helped shift Ops into an SRE product organization, led TurboTax’s AWS migration, and delivered measurable outcomes including 60% fewer production incidents and 30% fewer customer impacts.
