Time Management: • Configured the public holidays, holiday calendar according to client requirements. • Configured the work schedules like Break, Daily, Periodic work schedule and maintained work schedule rules according to client requirements. Organization Management: • Configuration of Organization structure using Simple Maintenance and Expert Mode methods. • Configured the Organization units, Jobs, and Positions as per the Client requirement. • Assigning Relationships between different objects like Organization Units to Organization Units, Job to Position, Position to Person. Payroll: • Configured the payroll area and assigned period parameters and date modifiers and generate payroll periods. • Maintained the control record by going to PA03.
