The project is to provide application support and maintenance services - Access, improving service and performance of services, in order to maintain the competitiveness in terms of performance and functionality. Internal processes to capture the incidents are re-engineered to implement an automation framework that enables a faster resolution and root cause analysis cycle to the customer. A feasibility study is being conducted to integrate the different project management and tracking system to capture the incidents, problem with that to change management on a single platform.
