Management and handling of DMAT a/c sales team and dealing team. Assigning sales targets, monitoring and reviewing their achievement on a regular basis. Conducting joint meetings with hot leads of sales team on a regular basis. Recruiting new team and motivating & guiding existing one in order to improve team performance & retention. Assigning brokerage targets, monitoring and reviewing their achievement on a regular basis. Assigning calling data to sales & dealing team and tracking performance through logger system on a regular basis. Client servicing and resolving queries of client in order to improve client retention. Building new remisiers and improving relationship with existing ones in order to improve business. Overall branch management by managing back office branch personnel for back office works such as dematerialization, a/c punching, a/c closure, a/c updation, franchise, sub broker related issues, remisier payment, bill payment etc. Ensuring strict adherence to company compliance and risk policies by making sure that all trades are executed on recording lines and after market trade confirmations are given to all clients traded during the day. Managing client’s financial needs by offering them a bouquet of financial products such as DMAT, life insurance, general insurance, mutual funds, bonds, debenture, FDs, IPO etc. Generating brokerage revenue in all segments of exchange such as Cash, Derivative, Currency & Commodity segment.
