As a Manager – HR & Admin, monitor west zone project sites & identify the gaps / improvement areas and work accordingly. Role involved in Manpower Planning, Recruitment & Selection, Joining formalities, Induction & Orientation, Employee engagement, compliances as per applicable labour law, necessary opting license & its renewal, facility management, Security etc.• Manpower planning aligned with project needs in coordination with project head with in fixed budget.• Recruitment & selection at site level or aligned with HOHR & close the vacant positions at the earliest.• Ensure proper induction & orientation program for new joiners to be organized.• Ensure proper joining formalities along with all necessary documents of all the employees at project site. • Monitor proper attendance through bio metric system & manual through register.• Ensure to keep & update employee database in hard & soft form of all the employees. • Ensure timely registration, opting license & its renewal under Labor laws.• Ensure maintaining various registers as per labour law & compliance with government authority.• Monitor mess / canteen, housekeeping / accommodation, securities & administration activities.• Ensure to prepare mess calculation, diet rate on monthly basis timely.• Ensure to maintain positive & healthy environment & discipline at site. • Resolve employee’s grievances related to company policy & EPF, UAN, withdrawal/advance etc.• Ensure proper arrangement during visit by company top management / client / guests.• Identify gaps / improvement areas, which help to enhance productivity of the employees & report to management for improvements and work accordingly.• Identify training needs & arranged from internal & external experts at site.• Trained HR personnel working at site to work smartly & aligned with company policies.• Arranging welfare programs on time-to-time at site for refreshment of employees.• Ensure to compliance of sub-contractors.
