I also conduct site visits for property valuations—residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional—whenever required, bringing hands-on expertise and practical insights to each assignment. Staying actively connected with current market trends and government norms is a vital part of my role, allowing me to align each valuation with regulatory guidelines and organizational standards. My strong analytical skills support data-driven decision-making and contribute to accurate, fair, and well-documented property assessments. Through a proactive and disciplined approach, I continue to deliver results that support strategic goals and uphold service excellence within the organization.
