I completed a Master\'s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Windsor. I honed my skills in advanced topics such as Building Information Modelling, Structural analysis, Wood Design, Geotechnical engineering, and design. I have expertise in using tools such as Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, and STAAD.pro. Moreover, I simultaneously worked as a Customer Service Representative at Husky Gas Station, providing quality customer service and assistance, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. I enjoyed interacting with people solving their problems, and learning new skills and technologies.I have over five years of experience in Contract Management, working as a Senior Engineer and an Engineer at Prestige Group, a leading real estate company in India. I oversaw multiple projects involved in tendering, collecting quotations, conducting meetings, negotiation, contract drafting, and ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance. I proficiently used the SAP MM module with attention to detail in preparing Work Orders, Purchase Orders, Amendments, Service Creation, and Vendor Creation. I also have certifications from the National Academy of Construction and RICS, demonstrating my professional skills and knowledge.I have a Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering from Siddaganga Institute of Technology, where I gained a solid foundation in engineering principles and practices.I am passionate about Construction Contract Administration. I aspire to apply my knowledge and skills to create innovative and sustainable solutions for the construction industry.
